"I can bring a special understanding to our time together."

Grief and loss, suicide bereavement, crisis and trauma - this is where I can be of most help to you. Being a Compassionate Bereavement Care provider allows me to meet you where you are in your grief and help you be present to this human experience. Having lost a parent to suicide when I was seventeen and tragically losing an adult child, I can bring a special understanding to our time together. I have also been trained using the Human Givens rewind technique to aid in processing trauma. Together we can find a positive path toward your growth and well-being.

My areas of interest include the following:
  • Grief and loss
  • Loss of a loved one to suicide
  • Trauma
  • Life crisis
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Issues specific to military service members
  • Separation and divorce
  • Parenting
  • Conflict resolution
  • Health crisis
  • End of life issues and concerns
  • Caregiver support
  • Compassion fatigue
  • Spirituality

I have been trained using the Human Givens rewind technique and the Human Givens approach to process trauma. It is safe, effective, and non-traumatizing way to aid in unhooking the emotion from traumatic memories. This technique can also be used to process and resolve phobias.
